These terms govern your use of luckgraph.com and the Luckgraph service, operated by [Company legal name, address]. By joining the waitlist or using the service you agree to them.
Luckgraph builds a private relationship graph from sources you connect and helps you request introductions through people you know. Introductions happen only with the explicit consent of the person in between. We do not guarantee that any path exists or that any introduction is accepted.
Every introduction requires a yes from the connector. Declines are not attributed to you. Free accounts include a monthly number of asks; introductions you make earn additional asks. Pro accounts remove the cap.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Community and fund plans are agreed in writing.
Our Privacy Policy is part of these terms. You own your data. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service for you, and nothing more.
The service is provided as is during the waitlist and early access period. We may change or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or where the law does not allow limitation.
